Accommodation
The brewery is located in Byker in the East End of Newcastle, close to Quayside and a 10/15 minute drive from the city centre. We have not blocked out rooms, so feel free to source your accommodation. We have some recommendations on our Newcastle page for those not in the area.
All hotels are a short taxi or bus ride from the venue.
FAQs
Are children invited?
We’re having an adults-only wedding — think of it as a night off for all the parents! Some of our close friends’ children will be part of our wedding party but will be going home to let Mum and Dad let their hair down.
What colour are the bridesmaids wearing?
The bridesmaids will be wearing black so plan your outfits accordingly! (Also please don’t wear white, the girls have been prepped to spill drinks on you x)
Can I bring a plus one?
Guest numbers are limited, so only those listed on your invitation are invited. If there is somebody you would like to bring to the evening reception please let us know!
How should we get to the venue?
There is some but not a lot parking available at the venue. If you are staying in the city centre/Quayside then a taxi is the best option – either uber or budget taxis.
Do you have a gift list?
We’re lucky to already have everything we need for our home. If you wish to give a gift, a contribution to our honeymoon would mean the world to us as we plan our next adventure together. There will be a box for cards and gifts at the wedding.
Will it be an unplugged ceremony?
We’re having an unplugged ceremony, which means we’re asking guests to switch off phones and cameras during the “I dos.” We want to see your smiling faces, not your screens! Our photographer will capture all the special moments to share later. Please do not post any pictures on social media until we have!
